Cardboard hanger version:
Collectors arcana: This is the rare version with the cardboard hanger. The hanger was stapled to the shrinkwrapped module, with the staples being driven through
the pages of the module! (see also: back picture). This item is collectable only in shrinkwrapped packing with the header intact.
