1st Printing: The first printing has the TSR lizard logo on the front cover.

2nd Printing: The second printing has the TSR wizard logo and a black star-shaped icon with the words 'Official D&D Tournament Module used at ORIGINS '78' on the cover.

3rd Printing: The third printing has the TSR wizard logo on the cover. The black star-shaped icon is removed. On the back cover the module C1 is advertised. Since C1 was released in 1980, we assume the year of the third printing was 1980, too.

UK Games Workshop Printing: The UK Games Workshop printing has the TSR wizard logo and a additionally the Games Workshop logo on the cover.
