I have two copies of Star Empires and both have the same thing--a die-cut counter sheet with 1/2 square white counters. My Star Probe has this:

Two of the ship counters are hand-drawn, making ten printed, and a yellow marker appears to be missing, but I'm not clear on either. I'm sure there are others here who can clear-up the counts for you.

Please note that both games were vended with counters/map and as booklet only.

I'll post a scan of an uncut ship sheet. I currently have 3 copies of Star Probe and 2 more with Star Empires. I've sold 2 more copies of SP and 1 SE but have not seen the plastic disks before. They remind me of disks that came with Avalon Hill games like Rail Baron.

Before I forget, is the map with the copy posted above folded so it is the same width as the Star Probe book?

My copy of this print has it the same width but all of my other copies have the map folder to be much wider than the book.
