At one point, I had a copy of this book where 2 of the diagram pages were blank. One of the blank pages was on page 40-43. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm not sure if it was a one off or something to distinguish a different printing.

I haven't seen that but it does speak to first print, like EW error.
