Would anyone happen to know if there were two issues of these, one with the 1979 cover sheet date and the other with just the cards with the 1978 date? I have not seen a 1978-only cover sheet.

I have seen another 1978 version. It had more of a white cover sheet without art but the cards where still on sheets (not precut).
