I thought for the first edition of Gamma World there were 3 prints: Lizard Logo, Wizard logo, Face logo.

This auction might suggest there are a few more (lizard cover, wizard back):

Anyone know if this was common for other items? I suspect it is true for one of the S series modules with 2 books where one books is a wizard logo and the other a face logo.

The other possibility is that it's a Frankenstein . . . you never know. Even if the seller didn't intend on making it one. Who knows, " back in the day" a friend may have had a different version . . . box tops got exchanged . . . he may have had multiple copies of his own and cobbled the best together.
