I assume no one uses lead anymore knowing everything we do about it. About when did the major manufacturers of minis stop using lead?

Per Wikipedia, the NY state law that caused the move away from lead was passed in 1992: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miniature_figure_(gaming)
