Reference Sheet #2 (front)

Reference Sheet #3 (front)

Reference Sheet #4 (front)

Errata Sheet:

==========================

The same as above, with the following anomalies:

Side label on left;
Label dimensions vary;
Reference sheets contain the same content as the 1st print, but the front/back images relative to one another do not match, meaning a different printing of the reference sheets for this third printing;
Reference sheets 3, 4, 5, and 6 are folded in the opposite direction;
The errata sheet now has toner marks.

This boxed set also came with the extras discussed here: http://tomeoftreasures.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2951
