=====================================

Scribe's Musings: There are two articles here dedicated to morale as a game mechanic. This would point to the development of some of the game mechanics used later in the development of D&D. Also, there is a great article about the final battle of the Red Baron by Mike Carr. Guessing it to be historically accurate.
