14th printing is actually 32 pages, they don't number the 1st sheet of that book.

Even though this appears to be a first print, this sample has a spiral-binding and some additional errata corrections not present in the stapled version above. There are also several toner lines present between several of the dialogue boxes, suggesting a cut-and-paste-then-copied production process.

A stapled version resembling the first entry of this thread does exist with the (go to 5D) being hand-corrected to 'D' in the 13C entry. Probably a second print.
