Seagate City (1992) - details needed

Digging through my Hess stuff, I came across what seems to be a partial 1992 set that's a Seagate City. I have a poster map that's 22"x31" on the standard Hess creamy parchment paper, and a single 8.5"x11" sheet featuring a individual building maps for a Fisherman's House, Business/Dwelling abutting an Enclosed Business/Dwelling, a Tavern/Inn, and an Upper Class House.

Anyone have more info/details?
