I have 2 copies of Book of Artifacts but both state "2nd Edition" on the cover.
The covers are the same except for the logo - one has the Dragon logo and the other the Gold Angled TSR logo. The Canadian price on the Dragon logo is $26 and the Gold Angled logo is $24.
