This example is nearly identical to the one listed above, but it has some interesting differences, the big one being the presence of additional soft paper cover over the regular thick, textured cover. It is unknown at present whether the soft paper cover was a standard part of the release. The other difference is that the staples are in different positions on the spine, but not in relation to one another.
