I was doing a search to find Bob Liddil's webpage again and found out that it seems he passed away in May 2011.

He's been a part of the RPG industry for a long time and stopped by our forums a couple times. I've enjoyed his work and wish him well on his journey.

The guy was very productive. It is difficult to not stumble upon something he at least had a hand in, if not fully developed. Must have been a lot of fun to be around someone so creative in gaming.
