This version differs from the one directly above by the presence of a quote (actual page 2) and Preface (actual page 3), and Russia/US Stats (actual page 22 and Notes (actual page 23). The missing information suggests that two sheets did not get the second side added before production. They also differ in size, which does suggest at least two productions.
