I thought I had recieved this as a seperate mailing not with the Poly.. I could be wrong it was a little while ago...

I know at least some were bundled together with Poly 130. I have a copy of the poly-bag containing both and have found references to others receiving them at the same time.
It would however not surprise me if the RPGA used multiple ways to ship the product.
