Anyone else had to deal with the flu? I feel like I've been sick with something or another for two months. The latest has been the flu that's going around. I had to cancel class this morning because I was disoriented and couldn't drive. I haven't even been bidding on stuff. Sleep has become the new priority.

Haven't had the flu since perhaps when I was a kid, don't get colds much either. So get plenty of rest.

I get a cold/strep/norwalk/etc almost every Christmas but am usually fine the rest of the year.

I have a bit of a sprained ankle right now that has been lingering for a while because I keep on walking and running on it.

I am usually more prone to some of the bone breaking type injuries than most. I've had a broken femur (requiring body cast for 3 months), dislocated patella (knee cap was sitting beside my leg), broken collar bone, and some trauma to my 4th cranial nerve (so my right eye does not move up).

So far, so good. But I know it is coming in a big way. If I can just get through these next two weeks to finish two bastard projects I am mired in. Then I can let it take me and get it overwith for another year or three!

Wow. That 2 week rough patch turned into a 4 week bloody battle. Sorry to be gone for so long guys. I am very tired and feel like death warmed over. 100 hours a week for so long has just taken its toll.

The good news is, I managed to come out of it without getting sick. Wink

Head cold, nose running like a waterfall, ear infection. Getting better now though!
