The content matches the sample above with the only change being the rulesbook. It is now yellow-orange and the typeface is a bit larger. As the Helm's Deep game began with a white rulesbook, I'm guessing that this print follows the one listed above.

A later printing. Besides the presence of a cover sheet, the rulesbook sports new cover cover art and the typeface is a bit larger. The products list is now two sided and the paper counters for the Slag Hills are no longer stapled to the SH mapsheet.
