Has this novel really been written? I have never seen a copy. But then: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0880386509/qid=1114886557/sr=8-4/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i4_xgl14/002-7027532-0800032?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

Look at the Amazon details.
All books by Rose that we own are listed as TSR items. This one as a WotC item from 88?

It could be a reprint. But it is dubious.

I wouldn't be surprised if amazon mislabeled the publisher as WoTC. When you think about they are actually correct to a certain degree as WoTC owns the rights to TSR.

Or an alternative title that found its way into the amazon database?
That is all I could find on Rose:

OK, today I got my stuff from the Hibbs brothers (great, great stuff!), among it a free Triviathlon. I immediately looked up the GREYHAWK novels, and they are all there, except the "Dragon in Amber". If we still needed proof that the novel was never published, here it is.

I have always wondered what the trivia item was like. Is this really worth picking up some day?

It's a poster map. One side is covered with a giant list in tiny 6pt. font and shows all the items TSR ever released. The other side has some Trivia questions for a lottery (win a trip to GenCon Spain!).

It's no beauty. And it holds no additional information. The Tome of Treasures already covers the complete Trivia checklist and even more!
