Rear cover:

=====================================

Scribe's Musings: The Credits include some goofy entries like the month following this one. The binding is different than December's and resembles issues after that. This one is looseleaf pages stapled together. The cover has a printed error in that it calls itself Vol. 3 No. 12, which is the December designation. The interior correctly identifies the issue as No. 11.

Interesting in this issue is the inclusion of an article printed previously in the Domesday Book. It is misspelled in this issue as "Doomsday Book". The article begins with......

"Reprinted with permission from Doomsday Book, (July 1970). Doomsday Book is the journal of the Castle and Crusade Society -- Gary Gygax, 330 Center St., Lake Geneva, Wisconsin 53147."

The article is primarily a historical essay concerning Vikings and their naval accomplishments.
